How to Use TYLENOL® Cold XST Day/Night
Dosage Instructions
For adults and children 12 years and older, the recommended dosage for the daytime tablets is two tablets every 4 hours as needed. Do not exceed 12 tablets in 24 hours. For the nighttime tablets, take two tablets at bedtime. Do not exceed two tablets per dose.
