Promensil Double Strength is a once-daily natural health supplement formulated to help reduce severe and frequent hot flashes in menopausal and postmenopausal women. Its standardized red clover isoflavone formula may also help relieve night sweats, sleep disturbances, nervousness, difficulty concentrating and vaginal dryness. With adequate calcium and vitamin D intake, it may help reduce the loss of bone mineral density after menopause.
Medicinal ingredient
Red clover isoflavone extract (Trifolium pratense, leaf) – 80 mg of aglycone isoflavone equivalents per tablet: Provides naturally sourced isoflavones that help relieve menopausal symptoms and support cardiovascular and bone health in postmenopausal women.
Dosage
Menopausal and postmenopausal women: Take 1 tablet daily with food for at least six months. Consult a healthcare practitioner for use beyond one year.
