Customers will receive an email notification once their order is ready for pickup.
Same-Day Delivery (Greater Toronto Area)
We are pleased to offer same-day delivery throughout eligible areas of the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), Monday through Friday (excluding statutory holidays).
To qualify, orders must be placed before 1:00 PM (Eastern Time).
Orders received after 3:00 PM will be delivered on the next eligible business day.
Please refer to our delivery map below to determine whether your address is eligible for same-day delivery.
A same-day delivery surcharge may apply depending on your location.
Canada-Wide Shipping
We proudly ship to all Canadian provinces and territories using trusted shipping partners including:

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days before being shipped.
Estimated delivery times vary by destination and carrier, but most orders arrive within 1–7 business days after shipment.
Please note that delivery estimates do not include order processing time.
Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding statutory holidays.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
During holidays, promotional events, or periods of unusually high order volume, processing times may be longer than usual.
If there is an unexpected delay with your order, we will contact you using the email address or phone number provided during checkout.

Shipping Restrictions

Where shipping restrictions apply, customers will be notified before their order is processed.

Discreet Packaging
Your privacy is important to us.
All orders are shipped in plain, discreet packaging without identifying product information displayed on the exterior.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.
Signature Requirement
Orders valued at $150 or more require a signature upon delivery for security purposes.
Delivery Responsibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipping address is complete and accurate before placing an order.
Responsibility for the shipment transfers once the shipping carrier confirms successful delivery to the address provided during checkout.
If delivery cannot be completed because of an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, failed delivery attempts, or failure to collect the package, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be re-shipped.
Address Changes
Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, shipping addresses cannot be changed.
Please review your shipping information carefully before submitting your order.
Lost, Missing or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or appears to be missing, please contact us within 48 hours of the carrier's confirmed delivery.
We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and help resolve it as quickly as possible.
Carrier Delays
While we work closely with our shipping partners to provide timely delivery, Symington Pharmacy cannot guarantee delivery dates.
We are not responsible for delays caused by weather conditions, natural disasters, carrier disruptions, labour disputes, customs delays, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
Delivery times may also be extended during statutory holidays or periods of unusually high shipping volume.
