Symington Pharmacy reserve the right, at its discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of these terms and conditions at any time. We cannot guarantee the availability of any products or items described on the Site and some may not be available at all Symington Pharmacy locations or at all due to space limitations, unavailability of supply or for other reasons. All prices shown are before any applicable tax. Symington Pharmacy reserves the right to limit quantities and to correct errors or omissions prior to processing a purchase request.

While Symington Pharmacy strives to provide accurate product and pricing information, pricing or typographical errors may occur. We do not warrant the accuracy of any specifications, pricing, warranty or other product information contained in this Site and any information included is subject to change by Symington Pharmacy at any time. INDEMNITY

This Site can be accessed from all provinces and territories of Canada, as well as from other countries around the world. As each of these places has laws that may differ from those of the Province of Ontario, Canada, by accessing this Site, you agree that all matters relating to access to, or use of, the Site, or any other hyperlinked website, shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable to the Province of Ontario, without regard to the conflicts of laws principles thereof. The terms and conditions on the Site constitute the entire agreement between you and Ontario governing your use of the Site. The failure or delay of Ontario in exercising any right or remedy under the terms and conditions or elsewhere shall not constitute a waiver of such right or remedy. TERMS OF SALE

Symington Pharmacy reserves the right to accept or deny any order after placement, at our sole discretion.

DENIAL AND CANCELLATION OF ORDERS

Symington Pharmacy reserves the right to deny and cancel orders anytime after placement, for any reason, at our sole discretion. You will be notified by email, to the email address given during checkout of the decision made by Symington Pharmacy to cancel your order. Should your order be cancelled, Symington Pharmacy will not be obligated to fulfill/ship your order. After cancellation has taken place, Symington Pharmacy will return all monies exchanged, back to the original payment method used during checkout.

Orders may be denied and cancelled in whole, or in part by Symington Pharmacy for any the following reasons (though not limited to):

Limited product quantities available to fulfill your order
Inaccuracies or errors related to product within your order
Suspected intent to resell
Shipping to any of following locations: warehouses, freight forwarding businesses, hotels/motels
Product Recalls, affecting an item within your order
Issues determined by Symington Pharmacy's fraud prevention department

RETURNS, REFUNDS

Symington Pharmacy is not responsible for returned items until the item(s) arrive at our Warehouse/Distribution Centre and are physically accounted for by members of our staff. If returned items to Symington Pharmacy do not meet the requirements of our return policy (including but not limited to: opened, used, not resalable condition, past return window, final sale) we may, at our sole discretion charge a restocking fee and/or issue a partial refund. Symington Pharmacy reserves the right to deny a request to return item(s) at our sole discretion, for any of the following reasons (though not limited to):

The returned items do not meet the requirements of our returns policy
There are issues related to the requesting Symington Pharmacy account as determined by Symington Pharmacy fraud prevention department.

Risk of Loss

Risk of loss and title for items purchased from Symington Pharmacy pass to the purchaser upon delivery to the carrier.

REFUSAL OF SERVICE - ACCOUNT TERMINATION

Symington Pharmacy does not tolerate abusive or inappropriate language or behaviour. Should a customer exhibit abusive, inappropriate or aggressive behaviour, the Symington Pharmacy Customer Care team will, at its sole discretion, have the right to end the telephone call, email correspondence, or online chat (as applicable).

Symington Pharmacy reserves the right to refuse service(s), and/or terminate accounts for any reason, at any time, without prior notification, at its sole discretion.
