Option+ Diarrhea Relief provides effective relief of acute diarrhea symptoms, including travellers’ diarrhea. Each caplet contains 2 mg of loperamide hydrochloride, which helps reduce the frequency of loose bowel movements by slowing intestinal activity.

Medicinal ingredient:

Each caplet contains loperamide hydrochloride 2 mg.

Directions:

Adults and adolescents 12 years and older: Take 2 caplets initially, followed by 1 caplet after each loose bowel movement. Do not take more than 8 caplets in 24 hours. Stop taking the product when stools become solid or hard, or if no bowel movement occurs for 24 hours. Drink plenty of clear fluids to help prevent dehydration.

Cautions:

Do not exceed the recommended dosage. Taking more than directed can cause serious heart problems. Do not use if you have bloody or black stools, a high fever, abdominal pain without diarrhea, or diarrhea caused by antibiotics. Consult a healthcare professional before use if you have liver disease, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or take other medications. Stop use and consult a doctor if symptoms worsen or continue for more than 48 hours. Keep out of reach of children.
