Materna Prenatal Multivitamin + DHA provides comprehensive nutritional support before conception, throughout pregnancy and while breastfeeding. Each daily serving combines one multivitamin and mineral tablet with one prenatal DHA softgel.

The multivitamin tablet provides 23 essential nutrients, including folic acid, iron, iodine, calcium and vitamin D. Folic acid helps reduce the risk of neural tube defects when taken daily for at least three months before pregnancy and during early pregnancy. The DHA softgel provides omega-3 fatty acids that support cognitive health and normal brain and eye development.

Dosage

Adults: Take one Materna tablet daily with food before conception, throughout pregnancy and while breastfeeding. Take the tablet a few hours before or after other medications or natural health products.
