Standard Dosage and Directions

Adults: Take 1 tablet daily at or before bedtime. Consult a healthcare professional for use beyond 4 weeks.

For jet lag, take 1 tablet at bedtime after darkness has fallen while travelling and at your destination until adjusted to the new daily schedule. For occasional, short-term use.

Safety Information

May cause drowsiness. Do not drive or operate machinery for 5 hours after taking melatonin. Avoid alcohol and other products that cause drowsiness.
