Dosage

Adults, adolescents and children six years and older: Take one capsule daily with a meal.

Children three to five years old, under parental supervision: Open one capsule and mix the contents into cool food or yogurt until dissolved. Do not add to warm or hot food or beverages.

Take at least two to three hours before or after antibiotics. Store between 15°C and 25°C. Refrigeration is recommended for maximum potency and freshness.

Stop use and consult a healthcare practitioner if digestive upset occurs, worsens or continues for more than three days. Do not use if you have an immune-compromised condition.
