Medicinal ingredient

Each capsule contains:

Peppermint oil (Mentha x piperita, leaf) - 100 µL (90 mg), standardized to 45% L-menthol.

Non-medicinal ingredients include microcrystalline cellulose, gelatin, methacrylic acid copolymer, hypromellose, methylcellulose, glyceryl monostearate, triethyl citrate, polysorbate 80 and water.

Directions

For IBS symptom relief, adults should take two capsules three times daily, 30 to 90 minutes before each meal, with approximately 240 mL of water.

For daily digestive support, adults should take two capsules once daily, 30 to 90 minutes before a meal, with approximately 240 mL of water.

Do not exceed six capsules daily. Swallow the capsules whole. Do not chew or crush them. Always read and follow the package directions.
