DenTek Comfort-Fit Dental Guards provide comfortable protection from nighttime teeth grinding and clenching. The slim, ready-to-wear design fits over the lower molars and uses a five-position adjustment system to accommodate most adult mouths. No boiling, heating or moulding is required.

Fitting instructions

Rinse the dental guard with warm water before first use. Place it over the lower teeth and bite down. Using a mirror, make sure the molar pads cover at least half of the last molars. If needed, slide each molar pad back one position, keeping both sides aligned. The pads can be adjusted through five different positions.

Do not wear both dental guards at the same time.

Care instructions

After every use, clean the dental guard with toothpaste or mouthwash and rinse thoroughly. Do not rinse it with hot water, as heat may alter its shape. Inspect the guard monthly and replace it if it becomes damaged or excessively worn. Allow it to dry before storing it in the included case.

Safety warning

For adult use only. Do not use as an athletic mouth guard, if you are under 18 years of age, have loose teeth, dental implants, dentures, braces or other dental appliances. Do not use if you have tooth or jaw pain or have been diagnosed with temporomandibular joint problems.

Consult a dentist before use if you have breathing problems, gum disease, oral sores, unfilled cavities, loose fillings or caps, difficulty chewing, or two or more missing teeth. Stop use and consult a dentist if the guard causes pain, soreness, bleeding, gagging, breathing difficulty or a persistent change in your bite. Do not use for longer than three months without consulting a dentist.
