Medicinal ingredients

Pramoxine hydrochloride – 20 mg per suppository: A topical anesthetic that temporarily relieves pain and itching.

Zinc sulfate monohydrate – 10 mg per suppository: Acts as a gentle astringent to help reduce swelling and irritation.

Directions

Adults and children 12 years and older: Remove one suppository from its foil wrapper and insert it into the rectum. Use one suppository in the morning, at bedtime and after each bowel movement, up to five times daily.

Safety warning

For rectal use only. Stop use and consult a doctor if bleeding occurs, symptoms worsen or do not improve within seven days, or redness, irritation, swelling or pain develops. Keep out of reach of children. If swallowed, contact a poison control centre or obtain medical assistance immediately.
