Fitting instructions

Follow the complete fitting instructions included in the package. The three-step fitting process involves preparing the night guard, softening it in hot water and biting down to create a customized fit. Allow the guard to cool completely before wearing it overnight.

Care instructions

Rinse the night guard with cool water before and after every use. Clean it regularly according to the package directions and allow it to dry completely before placing it in the storage case. Do not expose the fitted guard to excessive heat.

Safety warning

For adult use only. Do not use if you are under 18 years of age, wear braces, dentures or other dental appliances, have loose teeth, or have tooth or jaw pain. Do not use if your dentist has told you that you have temporomandibular joint disorder. This product is not an athletic mouth guard and does not provide protection from impact.

Consult a dentist before using this product for longer than three months. Stop use and consult a dentist if pain, irritation, bleeding, changes in your bite or other dental problems develop.
