Robitussin Children’s Cough & Cold Bedtime Liquid, Cherry – 100 mL

Robitussin Children’s Cough & Cold Bedtime Liquid, Cherry – 100 mL relieves dry cough, stuffy or runny nose and sneezing at bedtime for children 6 to under 12 years of age.

Medicinal Ingredients

Each 5 mL contains:

• Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide (10 mg): A cough suppressant that temporarily controls a dry, irritating cough.
• Brompheniramine Maleate (2 mg): An antihistamine that relieves runny nose and sneezing and may cause drowsiness.
• Phenylephrine Hydrochloride (5 mg): A decongestant that reduces swelling in the nasal passages to relieve nasal and sinus congestion.

Dosage

Children 6 to under 12 years: give 5 mL every 4 to 6 hours as needed. Do not exceed 6 doses in 24 hours and do not use in children under 6 years.

Safety Warning

May cause drowsiness. Avoid alcohol, driving and machinery, and do not combine with another antihistamine or sleep medicine. Ask a pharmacist before use if you have high blood pressure, heart or thyroid disease, diabetes, glaucoma, difficulty urinating, or take an MAO inhibitor. Do not use with an MAO inhibitor or another cough suppressant. Ask a pharmacist before use with antidepressants, asthma, a chronic cough, or a cough with excessive mucus.
