Option+ - Extra Strength Sinus Day & Night - 12 Daytime + 8 Nighttime Caplets provides day and night relief of headache, sinus pain and pressure, fever and nasal congestion, with added nighttime relief of runny nose and sneezing.

Primary Benefits: The daytime formula is non-drowsy, while the nighttime caplet adds a sedating antihistamine to support symptom relief while resting.

Active Ingredients: Each daytime caplet contains Acetaminophen (500 mg) and Pseudoephedrine Hydrochloride (30 mg). Each nighttime caplet also contains Doxylamine Succinate (6.25 mg).

Standard Dosage: Adults and children 12 years and older: take 1 daytime caplet every 4 to 6 hours; if needed, 2 may be taken at the next dose. Take 1 or 2 nighttime caplets at bedtime. Do not exceed 8 total caplets in 24 hours.

Directions

Use daytime caplets during waking hours and nighttime caplets only when drowsiness is acceptable. Swallow with water and follow the package schedule.

Safety Information

Nighttime caplets may cause marked drowsiness. Avoid alcohol, driving and machinery. Do not combine with other acetaminophen, pseudoephedrine, doxylamine, antihistamine or sleep products.
