Option+ - Extra Strength Cold Medication Nighttime Relief - 24 Caplets provides temporary nighttime relief of headache, fever, body aches, dry cough, nasal congestion, runny nose and sneezing caused by colds or flu.

Primary Benefits: Combines pain and fever relief, cough suppression, nasal decongestion and an antihistamine for nighttime multi-symptom relief.

Active Ingredients: Each caplet contains Acetaminophen (500 mg), Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide (15 mg), Pseudoephedrine Hydrochloride (30 mg) and Chlorpheniramine Maleate (2 mg).

Standard Dosage: Adults and children 12 years and older: take 1 caplet every 4 to 6 hours; if relief is inadequate, 2 caplets may be taken at the next dose. Do not exceed 8 caplets in 24 hours.

Directions

Swallow with water and use only for nighttime symptoms. Use the lowest effective dose and follow the maximum duration on the current package.

Safety Information

May cause drowsiness. Avoid alcohol, driving and operating machinery. Do not combine with another product containing acetaminophen, dextromethorphan, a decongestant or an antihistamine. Ask a pharmacist before use with other medicines or medical conditions.
