Medicinal ingredients

Each tablet contains:

• Globe artichoke leaf extract (Cynara scolymus) – 222 mg: A 13.5:1 extract equivalent to 2,997 mg of dried leaf.

• Milk thistle fruit extract (Silybum marianum) – 200 mg: Standardized to provide 80% silymarin.

• Turmeric rhizome extract (Curcuma longa) – 150 mg: A 10:1 extract equivalent to 1,500 mg of dried rhizome.

Dosage

Adults: Take one tablet daily. Use for at least three weeks to see beneficial effects. Always read and follow the package directions.

Safety warning

Do not use if you have a bile duct obstruction or are allergic to artichoke or plants in the Asteraceae/Compositae family, including ragweed, marigolds and daisies.

Consult a healthcare practitioner before use if you have gallstones, stomach ulcers, excess stomach acid or a liver disorder; develop symptoms such as abdominal pain, dark urine or jaundice; or take blood thinners, antiplatelet medication or other prescription drugs. Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding or give to children unless directed by a healthcare practitioner.

Stop use if an allergic reaction occurs. Consult a healthcare practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen. Keep out of reach of children. Store between 15°C and 25°C in a dry, dark place.
