Directions

Adults: Take one capsule daily. If taking antibiotics, take the capsule at least two to three hours before or after the antibiotic.

The capsule may be opened and mixed into cool food or a cool beverage. Do not add it to hot food or beverages.

Safety warning

Do not use if you have nausea, fever, vomiting, bloody diarrhea, severe abdominal pain, a milk allergy or an immune-compromised condition. Stop use and consult a healthcare practitioner if digestive symptoms occur, worsen or continue for more than three days. Keep out of reach of children. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
