Biofreeze Pain Relief Gel provides fast-acting, long-lasting cold-therapy relief for sore muscles and joints. Its cooling 4% menthol formula temporarily relieves pain associated with simple backaches, arthritis, strains and sprains. The easy-to-apply gel can be massaged directly into small or large affected areas and has a menthol scent that gradually disappears.

Ingredients

Medicinal ingredient: Menthol 4% w/w.

Contains aloe, arnica, boswellia, calendula, green tea and other non-medicinal ingredients. Refer to the package for the complete ingredient list.

Directions

Adults and children two years of age and older: Apply a thin, even layer to the affected area up to three or four times daily. Rub or massage into the skin until the gel disappears. Application to children should be supervised by an adult.

Consult a healthcare professional before using for longer than seven days. Consult a physician before using on children under two years of age.

Safety warning

For external use only. Avoid contact with the eyes and mucous membranes. Do not apply to wounds, damaged or irritated skin. Do not use with other topical ointments, creams, sprays or liniments. Do not bandage tightly or use with a heating pad or other external heat source.

Stop use if a rash, burning discomfort or allergic reaction occurs. Seek medical attention if symptoms worsen or if pain, swelling or blistering develops. Consult a doctor before use if you have sensitive skin or are pregnant or breastfeeding. Keep away from excessive heat and open flames. Keep out of reach of children.
